Texas Senate Bill 1968 updates real estate law to clarify how buyers and brokers work together when viewing homes in Texas. Before a broker provides residential services such as advising, negotiating, or preparing an offer, a written buyer agreement is required. RGV Realty operates as a representation-based brokerage and does not offer showing-only or access-only services. To assist new clients, we offer a 30-day, trial period for residential buyers, documented through a simple one-page agreement.
