Initial Submission Requirements for Foreign National Loans

Initial Form 1003 for all loans:

  • 2 years of residence history
  • 2 years of employment history
  • Vesting information completed
  • Home and business phone numbers documented
  • Dependent information with ages disclosed
  • Real estate owned, lists all properties owned and mortgages properly aligned
  • Assets used for down payment or funds to close disclosed
  • Declarations completed and accurate

Salary employees (all nationalities):

  • Previous 2 years signed personal tax returns
  • Most current 30 days pay slips
  • Job verification (VOE)

Self-employed (non-Mexican nationals):

  • Previous 2 years signed personal tax returns
  • YTD CPA prepared financial statements (income statement & balance sheet)
  • Previous 2 years signed business tax returns
  • YTD CPA prepared business financial statements (profit & loss and balance sheet)
  • Copy of CPA license
  • CPA letter concerning company formation and % of ownership

Self-employed Mexican nationals:

  • Previous 2 years and YTD CPA prepared financials (income statement & balance sheet)
  • Previous 2 years and YTD CPA prepared financials (profit & loss and balance sheet)
  • Copy of CPA license CPA letter concerning company formation and % of ownership

Additional documentation for all nationalities:

CREDIT: Two meaningful credit reference letters that show proof of meeting past and/or existing obligations. A copy of the credit bureau report of their country of origin (if available), Mexico credit report must be in PDF format (website: www.burodecredito.com.mx)

ASSETS: Current two months bank statements

OTHER: PEP (Politically Exposed Person) form. Copy of current passport and visa
