Initial Submission Requirements for Foreign National Loans
Initial Form 1003 for all loans:
- 2 years of residence history
- 2 years of employment history
- Vesting information completed
- Home and business phone numbers documented
- Dependent information with ages disclosed
- Real estate owned, lists all properties owned and mortgages properly aligned
- Assets used for down payment or funds to close disclosed
- Declarations completed and accurate
Salary employees (all nationalities):
- Previous 2 years signed personal tax returns
- Most current 30 days pay slips
- Job verification (VOE)
Self-employed (non-Mexican nationals):
- Previous 2 years signed personal tax returns
- YTD CPA prepared financial statements (income statement & balance sheet)
- Previous 2 years signed business tax returns
- YTD CPA prepared business financial statements (profit & loss and balance sheet)
- Copy of CPA license
- CPA letter concerning company formation and % of ownership
Self-employed Mexican nationals:
- Previous 2 years and YTD CPA prepared financials (income statement & balance sheet)
- Previous 2 years and YTD CPA prepared financials (profit & loss and balance sheet)
- Copy of CPA license CPA letter concerning company formation and % of ownership
Additional documentation for all nationalities:
CREDIT: Two meaningful credit reference letters that show proof of meeting past and/or existing obligations. A copy of the credit bureau report of their country of origin (if available), Mexico credit report must be in PDF format (website: www.burodecredito.com.mx)
ASSETS: Current two months bank statements
OTHER: PEP (Politically Exposed Person) form. Copy of current passport and visa
