Helping Our Neighbors
In this time of crisis, the Food Bank of the RGV is in need of donations for the less fortunate. Hunger is a year-round problem, but it's critical now more than ever. Many of our neighbors are facing unforeseen difficulties to provide for themselves or for those closest to them.
How can we help? The Food Bank of the RGV accepts donations of canned foods like yams, fruits, and SPAM, amongst others like meats and water-bottle packages that can feed a fair amount of people.
How else can I help? Monetary donations can be of a lot of help to our local Food Bank. The Food Bank can turn the donations we give into larger amounts of food.
Why should I donate? Donating is one of the simplest, most rewarding, and one of the most direct ways to give back to our community.
Together, we will overcome COVID-19, stay safe and follow the necessary precautions to end this virus.
